"For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart" (Heb. 4:12)

The Word will heal your mind. There are people in my congregation who were once mentally incapacitated. They had been in and out of institutions once upon a time.

Then, one day, somebody ministered the Word of God to them, somebody preached the Word of God to them, somebody played the tape of the Word of God to them, and you know what the Word did? It healed their brain cells.

These people are just as sound as you are because God doesn't give us the spirit of fear, but the power of love and a sound mind. He gives us a sound mind, but how does He give us a sound mind? Through the Word. The Word will heal somebody in a mental institution.

I'm telling you that the Word of God will heal even a mentally incapacitated, slow person who can't seem to function in this society. What you need is to put the Word of God on them. What you need to do is to spend time soaking them in the Word of God.

What you need to do is have them meditate the Word of God and keep the Word in them. The Word of God will heal their mind. Sometimes you can see people snap. They are sharp people and one day they lose it. What they need is the Word. There's healing power in the Word.

Not only will it heal your mind, but notice that it also will heal the joints and marrow. That's your physical body. The Word of God is the first vehicle by which healing power comes. Power always accompanies the Word of God. It will heal your body. It will heal your body from the crown of your head to the very soles of your feet.

When you consistently act on the Word of God and keep it current in your life, it will heal every part of you. It will heal the largest, seemingly uncurable sickness, and it can deal with the smallest little malady.

Because no Word from God is void of power!
