How can we can get a really good attitude of faith? It's knowing in your heart that God really is too much. What happens when you really know something is true? How do you act when something is so concrete that it cannot and will not change?

I don't know about you, but when I'm in a place that is unchangeable and for my benefit, I act pretty confidently! When I feel certain about a situation I act as if it is already done. My attitude is confident and I take action because I'm certain that nothing is going to interfere with the end result.

You see, if we would all believe what I'm saying, we would all be in heaven right now. I would be standing before the throne of God praising the maker of the universe. You would be there too. Not because my preaching is so good, but because mixing attitude and action speeds things up in the supernatural. Faith draws on the power that is in God. With our renewed mind, we line ourselves up with God's ways.

This causes us to do His will more readily. And, what is His will? That the Gospel of Jesus be preached to the entire world! That every man, woman and child hear and respond to the life-changing power of Jesus' blood!

We'd all have gone home with Jesus by now if every Christian really believed that God is too much. Too much love, too much redemption, too much healing, too much joy, too much prosperity...well, just too much "too much!" If people really believed that, they wouldn't hesitate to tell everyone they know about it. Who wouldn't want too much of a good thing? Who wouldn't want Jesus?

Today, it is time for all of us to receive the message that, "God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).

What did God do? He gave. He gave what was dearest to His heart simply because He loved people. He gave His Son, Jesus, and then He gave eternal life to all who would receive His Son. What generosity! What love!

We need to know in our hearts that God really is good. He's not slack and He's not withholding any good thing from us. It is time for us to receive the true nature of God and run with it to the world.
