How did the curse of the law mentioned in Galatians 3:13 come?

The curse of the law refers to the different curses that came on the children of Israel if they didn't obey all the instructions that were in the law of Moses. Notice the following Scriptures:
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
(Gal. 3:13-14 NKJ)

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them."
(Gal. 3:10 NKJ)

But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you.
(Deut. 28:15 NKJ)

If you do not carefully observe all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, THE LORD YOUR GOD, then the LORD will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues—great and prolonged plagues—and serious and prolonged sicknesses. Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you.
(Deut. 28:58-60 NKJ)
It's important to note that born-again believers are redeemed or released from this curse!
