What is the purpose of God's angels?

Notice the following Scripture: "Bless the LORD, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the voice of His word" (Ps. 103:20 NKJV).

Angels basically do whatever God asks them to do. As you study the Bible, you will discover that they have always carried out godly instructions and have given men and women messages from God.
Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense. And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him. But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth."
(Luke 1:11-14 NKJV)
Angels also protect godly men and women from evil.
Then Daniel said to the king, "O king, live forever! My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you."

Then the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God.
(Dan. 6:21-23 NKJV)
These servants of God are a blessing to those who love the Lord and serve Him faithfully.
