Was it only the apostles that saw Jesus after His resurrection, or did others? I guess I don't believe Jesus rose from the dead.

Let's permit the Bible to answer your question.
For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve.

After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. Then last of all He was seen by me (Paul) also, as by one born out of due time.
(1 Cor. 15:3-8)
The fact that Jesus was seen by hundreds of people should not be the single most reason to believe He rose from the dead.

It is the awesome power of God that is continuously displayed as the Gospel is preached that declares that Jesus is alive and has risen from the grave.
And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple....

Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk." And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and anklebones received strength.

So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them - walking, leaping, and praising God.
(Acts 3:2,6-8)
Jesus is alive! He not only heals bodies, but He changes lives! As we behold the life changing power of the Gospel (Good News), we believe!
