"And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: possess thou the west and the south" (Deut. 33:23 KJV).

Increase in real estate is one of the benefits of having the favor of God on your life. Because of the favor of God, you can be in one place today and in a better place tomorrow.

We know about that at our church in Southfield. We were in prayer for a larger building to accommodate our congregation, with few options. But God's favor was upon us. We increased from a six-acre facility to 110 acres, in what is known as the jewel of the city of Southfield.

God will give you what you need and then He'll give you more than what you need because you're His child and you have favor with Him. If there is something you want, God will give you favor with the one who has it, and there is nothing the devil can do about it.

God will cause you to have favor with the one that owns the car, owns the land, and owns the property. The devil may try to stop it, but you can keep him under your feet and laugh at him.

And then when you come up against impossible odds, God will give you great victory. The odds were against us in obtaining our building. But God gave us favor with the owner of the land.

In Joshua 11, the children of Israel were up against impossible odds. Everyone around them had come against them. But God's favor was upon Israel. It was not on those that came against them. In other words, God gave them great victory against impossible odds.

Joshua was not moved by how big the mountain was. He was not moved by how many armies there were. He knew that he had favor and that his enemies had to lose, because they didn't have favor with God.

And your enemies don't have favor with God. So that ought to tell you something. They may be strong, but your God is stronger. He's more powerful. He has more inside information. He's got all that you need and there is nothing the devil can do about it. And what you need to say to the devil is, "Ha-ha, ha-ha." And then give God praise all day long, because you are about to experience victory over the enemy again.
