It is encouraging to know that Wisdom "cries aloud in the street, she raises her voice in the markets" (Prov.1:20 AMP).

This scripture is letting us know that wisdom isn't holding back from us or staying hidden; she isn't making it hard for us to lay hold of her. Instead, she is crying aloud in the street.

"She cries at the head of the noisy intersections [in the chief gathering places]; at the entrance of the city gates she speaks" (Prov.1. 21 AMP).

Wherever people gather, wisdom cries aloud, saying, "Go this way! Don't follow the way of sin." Wisdom is also with you wherever you go, telling you, "Do this. Change that. Go this direction. Think this thought instead of that one."

The Scripture tells us why wisdom can be our constant companion:
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
(James 1:5)
God's great desire is for us to walk in wisdom. First Corinthians 1:30 says that "Christ Jesus...is made unto us wisdom."

Wisdom is something that already belongs to us. The Apostle Paul prayed for the church at Ephesus, that God would give them the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, that the eyes of their understanding would be enlightened (Eph. 1:17-23).

We should pray this prayer for ourselves. God wants us to have wisdom.
