When the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, we need to pray, pray, pray that we enter not into and succumb to temptation.

Through prayer, the first key to glorifying God in your body, we find the power of God's might that we need to resist temptation.

Take No Thought
Something else we need to do is found in Matthew chapter 6. This is another key to glorifying God in your body.
Therefore TAKE NO THOUGHT, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
(Matt. 6:31)
I want you to notice three words: "Take no thought." Satan is going to try to get into your life any way he can—through any little door or even a crack in the doorway that he can find.

He will try to nudge his way in so he can cause havoc your life. Well, your thought life is another area he uses to try to do that.

Satan has access to your mind. He can put thoughts in your head. For example, gentleman, a girl could be "coming on" to you, and Satan will put the thought in your mind about how good this could be. He'll say to your mind, "Come on. Nobody will know. It'll just be you and her."

You might think about it and say, "Nah, I'm not going to do that." But you still thought about it, and Satan will not stop there.

Next, he'll say something, such as, "All you have to do is take her to this room...." You see, the thought gets a little deeper.

Then, instead of saying, "No! I'm not taking that thought," you ponder it for a little while. You might even think, "You know, I could do that, because So-and-so isn't home. That could work." But then you say, "Aw, man, I can't because I'm glorifying God in my body."

But the next time, Satan comes along and says, "Nobody is home today. Your parents are going to be out of town all week. That girl still has her eye on you. You know she wants you."

Now, instead of your mind being way back there simply thinking, "She does look good," it's way out there now, and you're thinking, "We could do something today."

What happened? You entertained Satan's thoughts until he pushed you way out there.

How do you recognize a wrong thought when it comes, and how do you throw it out? By knowing what you are supposed to be thinking and meditating on.

The Word of God is what you need to think on. The Word is anointed. It contains the power to change your situation. Do you know what else it does? It drives out whatever Satan's trying to do.
