The King dwells within us through the Holy Spirit. His dominion is inside us. The authority in His Name has been given to us. He is the Victor in three worlds: in heaven, in earth and under the earth.

He has the keys to hell and death, and He said to us, "Go in My Name and cast out devils. Preach the good news, and those who believe will be saved, healed and set free" (Mark 16:15-18).

We are to be witnesses to the manifested kingdom of God - not only with our mouths, but with our lives. It isn't a good testimony to the power of God when we can't pay our bills or when our church has to meet in an old, run-down building because we are living defeated lives.

Look at Israel, for example. God wanted the world to fear and respect them. He wanted the world to see that He was with His people, working on their behalf. He wanted them to know that there was a God in Israel named Jehovah!

That's what happened with Rahab and the people of Jericho. When the two Israelite spies came to gather information about Jericho, Rahab told them that they had heard about the parting of the Red Sea and the other miracles that God performed to bring them out of Egypt. She said, "As soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man, because of you: for the Lord your God, he is God in heaven above and in earth beneath" (Joshua 2:11).

That's the kind of testimony the Church should have today. People should look at the Body of Christ and say, "Those are the people whom God has blessed! I want to join them. They have victory." They will want to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.

For instance, at our recent meeting in Riga, Latvia, a 17-year-old boy was miraculously healed. This boy's twisted legs had prevented him from walking all his life. But that night he walked onto the platform and danced and shouted and praised God for his healing.

Well, people saw that young man when he went back home. They saw someone who was born with twisted, crippled legs and is now walking!

That's the kingdom of God in manifestation! That's also the kind of witnesses we are to be, allowing God to manifest His love and power through us wherever we go. The Lord our God, He is God in heaven above and in earth beneath!
