In every life and ministry, there are people that have allowed their love, their talents, their time, and their support to be invested into us.As you look at that bountiful blessing, follow Paul's example and cease not to give thanks for them, making mention of them in your prayers.
As we approach Thanksgiving Day, we thank God for all that He has done for us! Our salvation, health, prosperity and empowerment of the Holy Spirit are some of the benefits, with which God daily "loads" us.

As we recall what we are thankful for, we must not forget to include who we are thankful for. Each one of us has been blessed by people that God has supernaturally and strategically placed within our lives.

In Romans 16:1-16, the Apostle takes the time to list a group of people that for the most part, are totally unknown to anyone today. However, to Paul, these men and women on this "roll call of thanksgiving," were invaluable to his life, his ministry and to the Body of Christ.

These individuals were not necessarily the front line persons of the ministry scene, but Paul realized and honored their importance.

In every life and ministry, there are people that have allowed their love, their talents, their time, and their support to be invested into us. They don't ask or even desire to be recognized, but without them we would not be complete.

In my own life, there are "roll call" nominees who have impacted my life for eternity. They have never written a book, appeared on television, or even stood on a platform of public ministry, but their aid and influences upon me cannot go unnoticed.

During this season of Thanksgiving, why not compile your own "Thanksgiving Roll Call"?

As you look at that bountiful blessing, follow Paul's example and cease not to give thanks for them, making mention of them in your prayers, (Eph. 1:16).

As a final note, let those included in your "hall of thanks" know of their membership in that place and of your thankfulness for them.
