Do you ever take customer relationships for granted?

King Solomon wrote, "For lack of wood the fire goes out..." (Prov. 26:20 NASB).

Regular orders and few complaints can easily cause us to lose touch with an important customer.

Take a few moments and contact several good customers you haven't had contact with for a while.

Jot a thank you note, call just to touch base or stop by personally if possible. Customers always appreciate the personal attention. When problems arise, you will have a reservoir of goodwill to sustain the relationship.

Put wood on the fire of customer relationships for success.
