How do you interview prospective administrative assistants or office support staff?

Jesus taught, "He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much..." (Luke 16:10 NASB).

Effective interview questions will help you determine and employee's past judgment and faithfulness.

Ask about a time when the prospective employee felt the need to change the boss's instructions and, more importantly, ask what happened.

At times, everyone will go against previous instructions based on new information or circumstances. The key is to discern good judgment and how change was communicated to the boss.

A solid answer may mean a great future employee.
