Do you give new staff a heads up about potential problems?

King Solomon wrote instructions that were designed to "give prudence...to the youth, knowledge and discretion" (Proverbs 1:4, NASB).

New workers won't know all the ropes, what customers want or about all those mistakes every new worker makes.

Identify three to five common mistakes made and spend time going over each item with the new colleague.

When you discern possible trouble spots, share your perspective and experience.

When you see a mistake, share how in the future that same error can be avoided.

The investment in your young workers will pay great future dividends.
