The Mouth Trap — Our Biggest Enemy

The biggest enemy we face in the body of Christ is not the devil! That's right! Our biggest enemy is not the devil.

The body of Christ does not have to fear the power of the devil. With all that he might try and attack us with, he still is not our biggest enemy!

I John 3:8 says, "For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil." Do you believe that? Then you should be able to overcome his attack.

Revelation 12:11 says, "They overcame him (the devil) by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony." You can and you will overcome him if you stand through the power of the blood of Jesus Christ, and build your testimony upon the Word of God.

So, who is our biggest enemy? Our biggest enemy is a very small thing...but a very powerful thing...it is only a few inches long...but its influence can be as though it were several miles in length...our biggest enemy in the body of Christ is the tongue!

Proverbs 6:2 says, "Thou art snared (trapped) with the words of thy mouth!" Our biggest enemy is the mouth trap! So many people are trapped in a snare that they cannot escape from, and many of them do not even realize why they are in bondage.

God wants to release you from this trap. I want you to be released from this trap. I believe these daily readings will open your eyes, day after day to scriptural truths that will liberate you and change the course of your life!

You will be introduced to blessings that you have never known before when you escape from the mouth trap!
