How do I change my contribution method?

To change your contribution method, please call the CFAITH Account Support team at (800) 806-4252. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Our contribution options are:

• Credit/Debit Card for all account types and frequencies.
• Automated Checking Account Withdrawal for all account types and frequencies.*
• Money Order/Cashier's Check for all account types quarterly or annually.

Note: Credit/Debit cards outside the U.S. must be drawn in U.S. funds.

* Please note that this contribution method requires an additional fee for each transaction.

How do I change my credit or debit card information?

For security reasons, we ask that you call us to change or update your credit or debit card information for your cfaith account or for your recurring donation.

You may change your credit card number on line by loging in to the My Accountsection of the cfaith/isp web site. Go to the home page and at the top right hand corner you will find this button. You can also contact our Account Support Department at (800) 806-4252 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday and we will be happy to assist you.

I would like to add a new email address to my CFAITH account; how do I do that?

1. Start by going to the cfaith home page and click on  My Account at the top right of the page.
2. Next, enter in your primary CFAITH username and password, and then click 'Login.'
3. Click on 'Services'
4. Click on '5 email accounts' in bold letters
5. Click on 'Email' next to this it will also say for example 3 out of 4 used
6. Click on 'add' next to this if you have not already used the total emails you pay for
7. This is where you create your new email address. Once you have entered in the new email user name and password, click 'Save.' Note: If the user name you chose is already taken by another member, it will come back with a red message advising you to check your information and resubmit it. Try a different user name and click on 'Save.'
