Always Make Sure You Understand Directions

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Have you ever asked for clarification from your boss when you are confused over the direction of the business or department?

The Apostle Thomas asked, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?” (John 14:5 NASB).

If you are not clear what the key objectives are in your organization, accept the responsibility to respectfully ask.

Not all bosses are proactive in sharing the key goals, nor are they all the most effective communicators.

When you talk to your boss and determine the key initiatives from your boss’s viewpoint, you will become a more effective team member and help your team win.
