Are you careful to listen to your customers’ concerns?

Are you careful to listen to your customers’ concerns?

Ezekiel wrote, people “have eyes to see but do not see, ears to hear but do not hear” (Ezekiel 12:2, NASB).

Customers will send us messages all the time. The key is to listen and then act on those messages.

When in personal contact with customers, watch the body language as well as listen to the words. Often, a customer will not state a problem, but the body language shows a problem.

Dig deep and find the concern, and then address that concern.

Your business will grow!
