As a boss, do you strengthen your staff?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

As a boss, do you strengthen your staff?

A friend told Job, “…you have strengthened weak hands” (Job 4:3, NASB).

All managers have a responsibility to strengthen the hands of staff.

Provide quality training to allow each colleague to produce his or her best for you and the company.

Help staff understand how their work fits into the final products purchased or service used by the customer.

Become a regular coach and mentor to staff giving encouragement, advice and a cautionary heads up about future concerns.

As you strengthen staff performance, your leadership will grow and success will follow.
