Deliver Just What the Customer Ordered

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

When taking customer orders, is your staff careful to deliver exactly what the customer desired?

The Lord told Moses, “See…that you make all things according to the pattern which was shown to you…” (Heb. 8:5 NASB).

Carelessness or a sloppy system may cause us to miss the mark when filling a customer’s order.

First, ensure the customer’s requirements are understood and committed to writing.

Establish a system. Whether a waiter is placing a special order or a complex computer system is ordered, the principle is the same. Clarify and write down the customer’s wishes and comply.
