Do you listen to others, even when your business is booming?

Do you listen to others, even when your business is booming?

Solomon wrote, “When pride comes, then comes dishonor” (Proverbs 11:2, NASB).

When everything seems to be going great in our business, we may be tempted to tune out the advice of others.

Most business over extensions occur after a time of great prosperity.

An owner or CEO may become tempted to increase borrowing to grow the business quickly.

Listen to all viewpoints and be careful not to lose your balance.

Demonstrate your humility by keeping and listening to balanced counsel, and your business will remain strong.
