Jesus said, “He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much” (Luke 16:10 NASB).
We may receive many phone calls each day and be tempted to blow many of them off.
Instead, make a commitment to return each call within 24 hours or sooner. Nothing will frustrate a customer or turn off a prospect faster than not being called back.
If someone is unhappy, time will only make the situation worse.
Return calls to vendors or others you don’t know; you never know when you may miss a great opportunity.
