Allocate resources and set a specific time for the trial.
Be supportive, offer suggestions and get behind the idea.
If results are disappointing, determine if the idea can be tweaked or should be dropped.
If the concept works, go full speed ahead, put fuel on the fire, and reap the benefits of the idea as your business grows.
