Do you truly understand your staff?

Do you truly understand your staff?

King Solomon wrote, “Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding” (Proverbs 4:5, NASB).

Wisdom is the acquiring of knowledge, use of good judgment and demonstrating an insightful perspective.

When managing staff, understanding must be added to the equation for best results.

Understanding means knowing about each person, their families, future hopes and dreams.

Each individual will respond differently. Some require a gentle touch, others a stronger hand.

Combine wisdom with a true understanding of your staff and watch the success grow.
