Give Staff A Chance To Plead Their Case

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

When you have an issue with a staff member, do you allow him or her to speak?

A king said, “You are permitted to speak for yourself” (Acts 26:1 NASB).

Often, especially when irritated or busy, we may make snap judgments regarding a situation.

Unfortunately, we won’t learn pertinent information if we fail to inquire.

When a problem blows up or you see a problem, go to the person or persons involved and ask them to explain completely.

The insights you gain will be valuable.

Go to the horse’s mouth, ask for an explanation and learn the facts. Your leadership will improve.
