God Wants You To Be A Blessing

by Andre Butler | Uncategorized

“A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just” (Prov. 13:22 KJV).

God wants you to have a lifestyle of giving. For example, a “pray-er” is one who consistently prays. A “preacher” is one that preaches consistently. Hence, a “giver” is one that gives consistently. It is a lifestyle. So when you become a giver in your daily life, you are in store for abundance in your life.

The wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. However, let me say this right here: We are not after the wicked’s money. We are after their souls. When a man is born again, they desire to obey God in everything they do. But the Bible does promise that if they don’t allow Jesus to be Lord of their life, the body of Christ is going to inherit their wealth. If you are not serving God that is reason enough right there to get saved!

God wants you blessed, and He wants you to be a blessing. Now I’ve been meditating on this scripture for a while, and the Lord gave me an assignment. I did some research on the wealth of the world to give you an idea of how much wealth there is in this world.

I found out that the richest company in America makes $210,000,000.00 a year. The one hundredth richest company in America makes $20,000,000.00 a year. Then I looked up the 40 richest men under the age of 40. The richest man under the age of 40 is worth 16.3 billion dollars.

The 40th richest man under the age of 40 is worth 160 million dollars. Then I found out that the richest five percent on the people in this world own 50 percent of this world’s wealth. Forbes Magazine reported that there are 538 billionaires in the world today.

The richest man in the world is worth 58.7 billion dollars. Number 538 is worth one billion dollars. And nine of the top ten richest men in the world are from the United States of America.

God wants that money in the body of Christ!

The more money the body of Christ has, the more our message can get out, and the more Satan’s gates get pushed back. So God wants to put the money in the hands of the just so the world can hear the gospel and have every opportunity to see that Jesus is Lord and get ushered into the kingdom of God.

God has given all these great promises. You become a giver, and God will give you abundance. You give and God will give you wealth. You give and God will cause you to be blessed, and you can be an even greater blessing. You will be able to touch the world.
