You and your family have a covenant relationship with God that will cause you to flourish. Receive all the blessings that go with the covenant, and don't settle for anything less.
Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who finds great delight in his commands. His children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house.
(Ps. 112:1-3)
Because you are in covenant relationship with God and your mate, you have the right to claim God's promises for your children.

Isaiah 54:13 KJV says, "All thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children." God is concerned about the peace of your children.

He wants to bless you and your family, but you must "choose life" for yourself and for them as instructed in Deuteronomy 30:19. Life is the result of living according to God's Word.

Our text states that your children are supposed to be mighty. It's not enough to see them just make it into heaven; they are to be mighty in the land.

The passage goes on to say that wealth and riches will be in your house and in your children's house. God wants to bless your home with abundant provision. It is part of your covenant.

According to Proverbs 24:15, the wicked can't touch the house of the righteous because God's Word is there. And in another passage it says, "The house of the wicked shall be overthrown: but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish" (Prov. 14:11 KJV).

You and your family have a covenant relationship with God that will cause you to flourish. Receive all the blessings that go with the covenant, and don't settle for anything less. 1
