Is it possible for God to bless a Christian financially when the economy of his community or nation is unstable?

Blessings come into the Christians life as a result of financial giving.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need, be self-sufficient possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation.
(2 Corinthians 9:6-7 NKJV; 8 AMP)
This Scripture indicates that financial abundance comes as a result of giving. Giving releases God to make all types of financial blessings come to the giver. If a Christian is a giver, no matter what type of economy surrounds him, God will cause him to prosper.

God can bless the sower no matter where he or she lives. Isaac lived during a time of famine (Gen. 26:1) and the Lord still blessed him when everyone else was starving. Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the LORD blessed him (Gen. 26:12).

You can be blessed anytime, under any circumstances, if you're a giver.
