The image of health is still available to every believer. We must choose to Believe in God (Think B.I.G.) for healing and not listen to the tempter, Satan, like Adam and Eve did.
Have you ever thought about what Adam really looked like? Did you ever wonder if Adam had a cold or came down with the flu? The Bible tells us that Adam was God's son. He was directly from the breath of God. Adam, the first man, was the pattern for all mankind to follow.

When God created man and placed him in the Garden of Eden, He created man in His image. That image included the health of God, breathed into man, to live without ever getting sick or dying.

Just as we have rules and guidelines to follow in our daily lives, God gave a rule or command to Adam, so He would never die, have a disease or ever walk out of being perfectly well. He was created in God's image of health! God provided a way for Adam to remain in His image.

Because of sin man fell from God's grace; as a result we now have sickness in this world. When "man" breaks a command (rule) given by God in order for him to walk in divine health, sickness is given access into an otherwise healthy body.

In Genesis 2:16-17 God told Adam that for meaning "when" he ate of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil he would die. Don't eat = live. Eat = die! That's a formula simple enough for anyone to understand, right?

What Was Adam Thinking?
What Adam didn't realize is that one bite of that fruit would change eternity for all man and his life of peace no longer would exist. He would die a spiritual death that would separate him from God's image, which included perfect health to keep his body alive forever!
And the LORD God commanded the man [Adam], saying, "Of every tree of the Garden you may freely eat; but of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.
(Gen. 2:16-17)
Adam didn't know evil existed. He never experienced anything but good things directly from God, and that included a healthy, strong body. He only knew what God's image was.

In eating of the forbidden fruit tree, Adam broke the "Law of Good" and brought the "Law of Evil" into his life. Adam could have lived forever in the Garden of Eden, because he was never going to get sick or die.

He had access to the Tree of Life, but chose not to listen to God.

God removed Adam from His garden, where perfection was. Now Adam had to live in a world without God's image of health.

It took Adam a long time to die, because his body was made in the image of health by God and didn't really know how to die a physical death. Death would come with the first man and all who followed, because of sin.

What Changed?
It wasn't until Jesus died on the cross for our sins that the curse of evil would be removed from all those who believe on Him. Jesus dying on the cross changed the life of man forever.

As Christians we are once again "made" in God's image and likeness. We have been redeemed not only from sin, but also from all the effects or curses sin brought on us, which includes sickness and eternal death.
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written: Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree).
(Gal. 3:13)
The image of health is still available to every believer. We must choose to Believe in God (Think B.I.G.) for healing and not listen to the tempter, Satan, like Adam and Eve did.

The laws of "good and evil" still exist. They are real, and listening to the lies of the devil will cause you to die prematurely. Listen to the command God first gave to Adam, which will give you life and health.

God has promised health in His image to His children. As a child of God, you are made in His image of health. Believe it and you will be healed.
