"And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him" (Matt. 8:7).

Do you actually know Jesus as your healer? Do you? Many times, we can't hold on to our healing because we don't know Him as our healer. We only know Him as somebody else's healer.

Then when the devil tries to attack our body or bring back what God has healed us from, we don't know what to do or what to stand on. That's why you have to really know Jesus as your healer.

To really know something means to perceive with certainty, to understand clearly, to be informed or to be taught. In other words, you see with a certainty, you clearly understand, you are informed, and you are willing to be taught that Jesus is your healer.

The enemy will always tell you that Jesus is not your healer. Listen, Jesus is more than your Savior; He is more than your deliverer; He is more than your comforter. He is your healer. And when you know that for a certainty then no one can tell you anything different.

Let me give you an example: if your parents gave you your birth certificate and it said you were indeed their child and they are your parents, then no one can tell you differently. They can't tell you that you have a different name, different parents, or that you've been adopted. Obviously, that's not going to go anywhere with you because you have a birth certificate

Well, the devil shouldn't be able to tell you you're not healed or you don't deserve to be healed. Why? You have your birth certificate. Your birth certificate says you are a child of God; it says Jesus is your healer.

You don't have to accept what the devil throws at you. Just because a thought comes in your head doesn't mean you have to take it. Remember, the Bible says "take no thought saying...."

Think about it, you take thoughts when you say them; but you can resist the devil's thoughts with the Word of God. You see, many Christians try to ignore the thought; they won't replace it with the Word; they won't fight. Listen, you have to open your mouth and speak the Word; what you say will become truth.

Renew your mind in the Word of God. It will inform you, teach you, and you will know for a certainty that Jesus is your healer.
