If you are going to lend and not borrow then that means that you apparently have money and more than just a little bit.
For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withholdFrom those who walk uprightly.
(Ps. 84:11)

Today's Confession: The Lord will withhold no good thing from him who walks uprightly. Your attitude is everything. When your attitude is right, then there is no limit to what God can do.

"And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation]." (2 Cor. 9:8 AMP)

The Bible says that Abraham obtained a good report (Hebrews 11:2). He had the testimony that he pleased God. Don't you want God to say that about you? Don't you want to obtain a good report with God? I believe you do. I know I do. But it starts with your attitude. Your attitude is everything.

God wants you to have His best. He wants you to experience it everyday of your life, but you must first decide to pursue it. When you get your attitude right and when you begin to honor Him with your finances, then look what He says will happen:
. . .The generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house. . .. (Ps. 112:2-3)

. . .the tabernacle (or house) of the upright shall flourish. (Pro. 14:11)

. . .the upright shall have good things in possession. (Prov. 28:10)

For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. (Ps. 84:11)
Those scriptures all deal with financial blessings. What does it say in Deuteronomy 28? If you will hearken unto His voice and do His commandments then He will bless you. How? In the city and in the field, going in and going out. Your children will be blessed. Everything you do will be blessed. Your storehouses will be blessed. Verse 12 says, The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. . . He goes on to say that you will be the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath.

If you are going to lend and not borrow then that means that you apparently have money and more than just a little bit. God has blessed your finances. If He is going to command His blessing on your storehouse, then that means you will have more in your storehouses. He wants you to walk in the same financial blessings that Abraham did and more!

Let me ask you today: Do you want to receive God's best? I believe you do. I KNOW that God wants you to have His best. Begin to HONOR God with your finances and see what will happen. Change your attitude. It's not a debt you owe, but a seed you sow. Remember, God loves a cheerful giver.
