Healed By The Power Of God
After hours of waiting through the operation, Mark was met by a pleased but puzzled doctor. He said that had thoroughly and repeatedly explored for the tumor, but it was no longer there! We had a medical confirmation of a spiritual operation! I returned home after a few days to recover from the effects of the surgery, including slight paralysis.

Each day of recovery had its struggles, but there was an assurance that what God had started, He would finish. The Word continued to be the central focus of my attention and Mark helped me keep the Word and praise in my mouth!

Our part is to believe and God’s part is to do the miracle.

A few weeks after the healing, Bro. Kenneth E. Hagin gave us some very valuable advice. He said that many times healing is lost in a counterattack and that we needed to hold fast to what God had done. This fight involved casting down imaginations such as thoughts of a recurrence and permanent paralysis caused by the operation itself.

The good news is that the Holy Spirit will stick with you until the battle is completely finished! Again, He sent a Word just in time. Nahum 1:9 in the Amplified Bible is what we began to rejoice about. It says, “…He will make a full end...the affliction shall not rise up the second time.”

Stay In A Position Of Faith
In Mark 5, we see the story of the woman who was healed from the issue of blood. When she heard about Jesus, she got up and pressed her way through the crowd and touched Him. Instead of staying home and remaining sick, she decided that day to begin a journey that changed her life forever.

These are the four step of faith she took.
1. She said, “If I can touch Jesus, I know I’ll be healed.”
2. She did. She touched Jesus’ clothes.
3. She felt the power or virtue of Christ flow into her body.
4. She told about it (she testified).

I identified with her and as I read her story in the book of Mark, something stood out to me. After she touched Jesus and told Him her story, He said these words to her: “Daughter, your faith…has restored you to health. Go in (into) peace and be continually healed and freed from your [distressing bodily] disease.” (Mark 5:34 AMP)

The Holy Spirit said to me, “Trina, stay in the position of faith, which is a position of rest.” My part is to believe and God’s part is to do the miracle. When you believe, you come to a place where your mind is settled and at peace and your attention is thoroughly fixed on God’s faithfulness and ability.

Healing is a process, supernatural from beginning to end.

Many times in Jesus’ ministry, people were healed as they went. I had experienced a miracle and now I needed to stay in a position of faith and rest until I was completely restored and off all medications. Healing is a process, supernatural form beginning to end. I found the peace of Gog is not passive, but active. Philippians 4:7 in the Amplified Bible says, peace will “garrison and mount a guard over your hearts and minds.”

Divine healing was received into my spirit and from there it affected my body. God’s peace is a spiritual force and it guarded my mind, will and emotions, fighting the battle for me. To this day, I am healed and made whole, continually experiencing God’s healing power and peace. I learned that the same faith that healed me will keep me well.

The same faith that made you whole will keep you whole.

I pray that you will lay hold on the power of God’s Word to heal you and that you will understand healing was purchased for you in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ. May you be restored to health by the power that raised Jesus form the dead.

I encourage you to study the next chapters thoroughly. You will have a personal experience with Gold as you meditate upon His Word concerning health and healing. He sent His Word to heal you! There is hope in the Word of God no matter what your case may be.

Maybe the doctors or those around you have not given you any promise of recovery. Maybe it seems your life cannot change. I want to offer you hope in God’s Word. Grasp this promise given to us form Jeremiah 30:17 (AMP): “For I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds.” The Message Bile says it this way, “As for you, I’ll come with healing, curing the incurable, Because they all gave up on you and dismissed you as hopeless.”

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. ” (3 John 2 NKJV)
