I've said this statement many times: "Belief creates attitude and attitude creates behavior." Or you could say that your actions come from your attitude based on your belief.

Martin Luther King had a dream and his attitude was based on that belief. His actions followed his dream. Why? Because he believed in it!

To be a leader you've got to believe in what you are doing. Not only that, you have to believe in yourself and that you can be successful.

You are important!

Don't buy into the lie of, "Well I'm not like her, or I can't do the things he or she does." God created us as individuals. Thank God for that! Can you imagine a world full of Steve Munds'? (That is a terrifying thought!)

He created individual personalities because He wants the world to see His character. We are born with His likeness, not only His image, but His likeness (Rom. 8:29) Every character we portray is part of His likeness and He wants the world to see His entire likeness.

"Well Steve, I am sensitive. I cry a lot." So what? I laugh a lot. I shout a lot. That is part of God's mechanism. God shouts. God weeps. That is part of the character of God and you have to understand that it is not a weakness. God even said, in our weaknesses, He is strong.

When you don't believe in what you are a part of, your attitude will start to show. Right after that your actions will also start to show! You will show up late or you will become inconsistent and unreliable. It is all based on YOUR belief.

Belief creates attitude, attitude creates behavior, thus resulting in your actions. Take a shortcut in life! Get your belief right. It will create a better 'tude in you.
