Would you like to know what pleases God? The Bible tells us in Hebrews 11:6 that faith pleases God.
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
The word please means "to make excited, satisfy, and to like." God is searching for faith, and gets excited when He finds it!

Let's talk about faith for a moment. In Romans 10:17 the Bible tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. In order for faith to come, we must hear the Word. Faith does not come by praying, fasting, or giving. Faith comes by hearing…and hearing…and hearing the Word of God; if faith comes by hearing the Word, you must go where the Word is being spoken.

Doubt and unbelief come when doubt-filled words are being spoken, but faith will come as you attend to the Word. Be careful to what you listen to. Surround yourself with the Word of God. Paul said in Romans 10:8 that faith has to be in your mouth and in your heart. Romans 10:9 says, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

You cannot get saved by just believing, you must say what you believe. Romans 10:10 says, "With the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:13 says, "For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Paul again deals with the spirit of faith being in the heart and the mouth in 2 Corinthians 4:13:
And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, I believed and therefore I spoke, we also believe and therefore speak.
What you say is important! Once again Hebrews 11:6 tells us that:
Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Hebrews 11:6 in the Moffat's translation says, "Apart from faith it is impossible to satisfy him." If God demands faith—He has given us a way to get it.

We can see that Jesus was looking for faith when He said, "Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:8). Matthew 8:10 describes Jesus as saying He had not found such great faith anywhere.

Luke 5:20 says, "When He saw their faith, He said to him, 'Man, your sins are forgiven you.'" The scripture says that Jesus saw their faith. James 2:17 says faith without works is dead. The way we exercise our faith is to say what we believe, which is the Word of God, and then act on the truth of the Word. In Mark 11:22, Jesus said, "Have faith in God!"
For assuredly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
The first thing Jesus said about faith was whosoever shall say. The first thing He dealt with in the scriptures was the speaking part of faith. Mark 11:23 mentions speaking about our faith three time and talks about believing only once. Jesus did not say to talk to God about how big the mountain is; He said tell or say to the mountain how big your God is. The bottom line is you will have whatsoever you say. What you have in life now is what you have been saying.

Proverbs 6:2 says we are snared by our words. We are taken by the words of our mouth. If you are not happy with what you have, you must check out what you have been saying. Your words will defeat or complete your life. Matthew 12:37 says, "For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." You can talk yourself to death or talk yourself to life. If faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word, your words will give you faith if they line up with the Word of God.

Hebrews 11:3 tells us that the worlds were framed by the Word of God. Jesus said in Luke 4:4, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God." We must begin to take the Word and frame up our future. If what you have in life it is up to God, He would have never said Mark 11:23 or Matthew 9:29, "…according to your faith let it be to you."

Begin to say what God says. Begin to say what God says right now!
I am who God says that I am. I can do what God says that I can do. I have what God says that I have, according to 2 Corinthians 4:13. I have a spirit of faith. Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
