"And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?" (Luke 5:21)

Now, I want to show you something. The power of God is present to heal even if there's unbelief in the room. It's present to heal even if everybody is not of one accord.

See, some people think, well, you know, we're going to have the power of God present where we can just get the whole church together and everybody get in faith and everybody get in one accord, and nobody is unbelieving...then we'll have the power of God manifest and present. What about this?

Reading our text, there is a room packed with unbelievers and they certainly are not in one accord with Jesus. Here's Jesus, about to minister to this man brought in through the roof on that cot, and the place is full of unbelief...and yet this man gets healed!

You don't have to have a whole bunch of people get together and get in unity in order for you to get healed. It doesn't have to be a place where everybody believes in God in order for you to get healed. All you need is for you to believe that the power of God is present and that you reach out your faith and receive the power that's in the Word of God.

People are into conditional thinking. They think, "If the conditions are right, then I can receive." But, I'm telling you, if the Word is present, the condition is right. And that's all you need. You don't need anything else but the Word, and the word only.

So what if your relatives don't agree? So what if they're not with you? So what if there might be this or that going on. You make up your mind that "I'm going to get it, bless God. The power of God is available for me. I know healing belongs to me, and the devil will not destroy me!"

Reach out yourself and say, "I don't care what they do or don't do; I'm standing on the word of God."

If you're going to be tough like that, you're going to manifest the same power that manifested itself for this man on his bed. Jesus is saying the same thing to you: "Get on up and carry your bed and walk out of here!"

Hallelujah.
