It's a shame that any church would misrepresent the Bible. Salvation doesn't come through a church, but through a personal relationship with Jesus. Look at what the Bible has to say:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.Salvation is not a result of church membership; it is a result of an individual accepting Jesus as their Savior. I would stay away from any church that does not believe salvation comes by faith and faith alone.
