When you do what God has predestined for you to do, you walk the path that He has prepared, living the good life that He intended for you to live!
God knows every fiber of your being. He formed you, knit you together, and put a spirit in you. Before you took your first breath on this earth, God had preordained every day of your life, and wrote every detail in His Book.
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
(Ps. 139:13-16 NIV)

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
(Jer. 29:11)
The word "prosper" in this passage in Jeremiah means that nothing is missing and nothing is broken. What God has preordained for your life originated in His heart, not yours.

He already has plans for you to have everything you need, total prosperity, in every part of your life.

Created to Do Good Works
Did you know that you are God's workmanship? Did you know that He put desires in your heart so you would do them on the earth? Look at Ephesians 2:
For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
(Eph. 2:10 NIV)
Let's look at this same verse in the Amplified Bible:
For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
(Eph. 2:10 AMP)
The good works that Paul is referring in those verses are the things which God has preordained for you to do, not simply doing good deeds for others.

The gifts, talents, and abilities that God has given you should be directed toward ministering for Him, and put to use for His kingdom. When you begin to do the things God has written in the book for you, He calls them good works.

When you do what God has predestined for you to do, you walk the path that He has prepared, living the good life that He intended for you to live!
