When "bad things" happen in your life, there is a tendency to tie God and the devil together as the creator of these "bad things." Why? Because "lack of knowledge" produces limited understanding and that "limited understanding" will result in a "truth ignorant" situation.
Don't ever say that God put sickness on you to teach you a lesson! If you believe that, then don't be praying to get well! You better not be going to the doctor to try to get well either!
God is a GOOD God!
Keep in mind that there were some Hebrew to English translation problems when the King James Bible was transcribed. In the Old Testament the King James Bible makes it sound like God puts sickness on you. That is simply not true! I encourage you to do a word study with a concordance on those verses. (Don't be ignorant.)
Romans 1:18 says, "Sin and wickedness repress and hinders the truth and makes it inoperative." That's basically saying that sin makes your truth ignorant. Truth is the only antidote that can set you free!
Jesus said, "I am the truth" (John 14:6), "if ye continue in my Word ye are my disciples, and ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free" (John 8:31-32). "And whom the Son sets free, is free indeed" (John 8:36).
You are free by the power of the truth (Jesus) by understanding your authority over "Major Pain" and proclaiming the promise that God thru Christ intended you to possess.
Your power over "Major Pain" is knowing:
According to the Bible, there are several reasons that "Major Pain" shows up in your life. But, before we can begin to unfold the truth about the "where, what & when" of "Major Pain," we first must begin to understand its origin.
I believe one reason "Major Pain" is so major is because we lack the "major truth" about our redemption contract over "Major Pain." Hosea 4:6 says, "My people perish because of a lack of knowledge." Lack of understanding brings on "Major Pain."
Do you want understanding? Do you want the truth? You will find it in a Book written to you. God's Word (the Bible) is your authority and a place for you to get the understanding that you need. So READ!
Jesus is the way the truth and the life (John 14:6). Christ has redeemed us from the curse (Gal. 3:13)!
