Second Corinthians 2:14 says, Now thanks be unto God, which ALWAYS causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savor of his knowledge by us in every place. The key word here is "always." That gets rid of the philosophy, "win a few, lose a few." ...Always causeth us to triumph in Christ. However, it does not say that we'll never be under attack; nor does it say that we'll never have adversity.

Somebody might say, "I haven't always triumphed." Well, that's not God's fault. Because Paul says, God ALWAYS causes us to triumph. In the mind of God, victory belongs to you. No matter what kind of persecution, adversity, or attack you may be under, in the mind of God, the end result is triumph!

You can give up before victory comes. You can get weary in well-doing before victory comes. You can get discouraged and quit before victory comes, but I am totally convinced that with every attack that Satan launches against us, God already has a victory in mind!

What I do DURING the attack will determine whether or not I TRIUMPH! I made up my mind years ago that I'm not going to accept failure. I didn't say I've never had opportunity to fail, or that I've never had a setback. I have had many opportunities to fail. But it's not over until God has an opportunity to turn it into a triumph!

I don't know what you're going through today, but I do know this: you have the potential to experience a triumph, IF YOU WON'T GIVE UP! The greater the attack is, the greater the potential for a great victory. I don't know why we want to give up when God's already given us all the incentive we need to continue in faith.

For those who remain faithful, God will turn every setback into a triumph, and every stumbling block into a stepping-stone to victory! Don't give up! God is a Master at turning every bad thing that Satan launches against you into an instrument of victory! The Bible even tells us that He'll turn every curse into a blessing.

Deuteronomy 30:3,7 says, "then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee...And the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee." God says, He'll take the curses off of you and put them on your enemies. Not only will God turn your captivity, but He will bring you into a new place of dominion.

He says, if you'll be faithful; if you'll serve Him with all of your heart and all of your soul; if you'll not give up under pressure; not give up because it looks like God is not doing anything, THEN He'll be faithful to you.

What looks to be a total disaster, God can turn into a wonderful victory. He can turn all those tears of sorrow into tears of joy. God can put joy in your heart DURING your adversity. You can get to the point where you laugh at the devil in every attack because HE IS DEFEATED! The Bible says that a merry heart doeth good like a medicine.

You know that's got to be a slap in the devil's face when he's plotted and planned for months to set you up for the kill, expecting you to be filled with grief and sorrow, and wanting to quit, and the first thing you do is get up and start dancing before the Lord.

The devil has already made a trophy with YOUR name on it, thinking he will defeat you, but when you come at him with PATIENCE, the WORD of God, and the JOY of the Lord, he has to immediately forfeit that trophy because it belongs to you and God! Don't let the devil win, take it as your own victory to add to your trophy case!

I don't know what kind of trial you're going through today, but if you'll be patient in it, then you will see the end of the Lord - compassion and mercy. God is going to turn this thing in your life into a victory! God can use the VERY THING that Satan has brought against you as a tool for deliverance and victory. In the natural, it may look like total disaster, but God can turn it into the greatest blessing you have ever experienced.

Choose to continue to stand because we have everything to gain by standing, and everything to lose by quitting. Why give up? Why quit believing the Word? The Word works!
