When you are full of the word of God and when you acknowledge God as your provider, that opens the door for Him to trouble your trouble. I want to give you six steps of how to trouble your trouble.
  1. Keep the spirit of faith. The word "spirit" means "attitude." Keep the attitude of faith. Keep your head up. Keep your mouth positive. Keep acting as though you believe the Lord makes a way for you (2 Cor. 4:13).
  2. Speak the spirit of faith. Say it. Faith comes by hearing and hearing and hearing by the word of God. The most effective way to hear the word of God is out of your own mouth (Mark 11:23).
  3. Know that God will raise you up. Second Corinthians 4:14 says that God will raise you up in the middle of trouble.
  4. Refuse to faint. Don't wilt here. Don't quit (Gal. 6:9).
  5. Don't look at the trouble. Look at what God said. He has told us repeatedly. And I could have kept reading Scripture for the next hour, and you would find people in the word who had trouble, including war-time, and how God delivered them again and again (2 Cor. 4:18).
  6. Walk by faith, not by sight (2 Cor. 5:7).
We are walking by faith concerning our Tampa church. I know what is going on. They'll tell you, this is not the time to buy. Let me tell you, the greatest fortunes were made during the depression.

People who don't move by fear but move by faith are the ones that God uses to be able to take advantage of the devil in time of trouble. So, the issue with me is not "should I buy a church there?"

The issue with me is, "Lord, which one you want me to buy?" Then act on it. And watch God meet the need again and again.

So lift up your head. It is time to trouble your trouble and rejoice in the Lord. Stop right now and for a moment open your mouth and thank the Lord that He provides for you during this time. When you give God praise and thanksgiving right in the midst of the storm, He will see to it that you have everything you need. He is God, and He will certainly trouble your trouble when you give Him praise.
