Father, in the name of Jesus and according to Your Word, I hereby believe in my heart and say with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord of my life. I also confess that from this day forward__________
is set free and delivered from the habit(s) of __________ in the name of Jesus.

Satan, you and all your principalities, powers and master spirits who rule the darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places are bound up, and __________is loosed from you in the name of Jesus, as it is written in Matthew 18:18-19.

No longer can you, Satan, harass or operate any of your unclean spirits or habits over __________. He/she will not become the slave of anything that exalts itself over the Word of God or be brought under its power.

I hereby confess that __________ is strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in his/her inner self by the Holy Spirit, Who lives and dwells in his/her innermost being. __________ is strong in the Lord. He/she is empowered through his/her union with the Lord. He/she draws strength from the Lord—that strength which His boundless might provides.

__________ arms himself/herself with the full armor of God, that armor of a heavily armed soldier which God has supplied for him/her; the helmet of salvation, loins girded with truth, breastplate of righteousness, feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith and the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

With God's armor on, __________ is able to stand up against all the strategies and deceits and fiery darts of Satan, in the name of Jesus.

As an act of his/her will and his/her faith, he/she receives complete and total freedom now. He/she is set free and delivered because he/she has called upon the name of the Lord, according to that which is written in His Word. __________ is able to discipline his/her body and subdue it. He/she is strong. He/she is free. He/she withstands temptation, because Jesus is the Lord of his/her life. Jesus is his/her High Priest, and with Jesus and the Father on his/her side, has the strength for all things.

Greater is He Who is in __________ than he who is in the world. Thank You, Lord. I praise You that __________ is whole and redeemed from every evil work. With You and Your Word in __________, he/she controls his/her body. It does not, nor can it ever again, control him/her, in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah!
