I was sitting at my computer this morning working on my new curriculum, and took a break for just a moment. I picked up a book, glancing quickly at just a couple of lines.

I read the words:
Your destiny is not a matter of chance; it's a matter of choice. Many people have the right aims in life - they just never get around to pulling the trigger. When you determine what you want, you have made the most important decision in your life. You have to know what you want in order to attain it.
(from the book "Let Go of Whatever Makes you Stop" by John L. Mason)
As I read that, my mind started flashing. "What is it I want? I want to see a massive army of kids moving in the supernatural for God, bringing revival to this earth, triggering a mammoth harvest of souls."

My spirit leaped and was challenged all at the same time. I radically believe that what God is doing in the lives of children today in the area of signs and wonders is one of the major moves of God in this hour.

Everywhere I go in the world coming in contact with other children's ministers, they are all saying the same thing. They are all reaching for the same dream. But there is more that must be done.

There are some more "triggers" that must be pulled. Not by working harder - but by working smarter - by the Spirit. Praying in the laborers. Joining hands with children's ministers, other parents, and aggressive intercessors, who are reaching for a common goal.

A person will move towards what they have fixed their eyes on. We must become more focused than ever on the goal - training kids for the harvest.

Frankly, I love working with kids because they are so uncomplicated. You tell them to love and they just do it. You tell them to forgive and they just do it. You tell them to believe and they just do it. You tell them God wants to use them to do miracles, and they just walk in it.

It is so easy in an adult world to become distracted, not only with the cares that life hands you, but the cares in church life. The politics you have to play, the sides that are taken, the doctrinal arguments, the territorialism of leaders, the striving for position, competition in churches, and so much more.

We've got to stop! We've got to get back to keeping the main thing the main thing - souls, harvest, people, the simplicity of the gospel, our relationship to our God.

We must plant the seeds in our children for the supernatural-not just for when they become adults. It's too late by then!

It's now they need to begin walking and talking with the God of the miraculous and begin daily operating in signs and wonders, so by the time they become adults, they're walking in a different realm of spiritual authority than any of us have ever dreamed of. They cannot become distracted with the same things that have distracted our generation.

I write this to encourage you to keep on keeping on! I'm exhorting you to not get weary in the battle! I'm challenging you to keep making the advances one step at a time. Though we are nations apart, we are connected, moving parts in a great end-times movement, brought to the kingdom for such a time as this! You're right on target!
