How is God going to accomplish His plan in these last days? He has been putting His Word out. And we're going to keep putting His Word out, preaching and teaching until Jesus comes. But we need the move of the Spirit of God.

When Jesus walked on the Earth, He had 12 disciples. In Luke 24:49, Jesus said, "...but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high."

Jesus ministered on this Earth for three and a half years. Up to this point, the disciples were able to ask Jesus anything they wanted. He answered their questions, met their needs, healed their bodies, took care of them, and fed them.

Most of us would think that if we had had three and a half years of being taught personally by Jesus, the job was complete; we were then ready to go and change the world!

Apparently when Jesus left, He knew these were the people He entrusted to go out and change the world. But after filling them with His word, He said, "It's still not enough. Don't move yet. You are not going to get the job done with the Word alone. Wait in Jerusalem until you are filled with power from on high. You will receive power after the Holy Ghost comes upon you."

He told them they had the Word, but they were not going to be witnesses for Him until they were endued with power from on high.

We need a combination of both. We are not laying one aside for the other. God never takes what He has started, stops it, and picks up something else. No, He adds to it.

God is not taking anything away from what we call the "Word of Faith" or Teaching Revival; He is adding something to it.
