The joy of Christmas is a time of remembering and giving. Christmas is our holiday; the world may celebrate it as their own, but it really belongs to us.
'Tis the season to be Jolly,
Fa-la la la la la la la la la....

What truly is the joy of Christmas?

Is it the hustle and bustle of going from one store to the next? Getting up early to be first in line and beating the crowd at a local retailer?

Could it be knocking out the person who just cut in front of you in the check out line? Let's not forget those famous TV commercials trying to sell us what we really don't need.

How about that holiday traffic? I remember last year during the holiday season while sitting in traffic, two men were jockeying for a traffic lane. One man cut the other off in traffic and the other man got out of his car. Then the other man got out of his car and they both started to duke it out right in the middle of street.

I began to sing that wonderful song, "'Tis the season to be Jolly... Fa-la la la la la la la la la...."

Let's Get It Right
The joy of Christmas is a time of remembering and giving. Christmas is our holiday; the world may celebrate it as their own, but it really belongs to us.

It is a time we remember that God gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, and that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).

Listen to the words of the Lord Jesus:
I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
(Acts 20:35)
The Joy of Christmas is remembering and giving. As you are out this Christmas season, remember whom you are representing and give with a joyful heart.

May God bless you and the entire Online Faith Family during this holiday season. I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!
