When hiring team members, do you endeavor to determine the person's past level of productivity?

A proverb reads, "Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, So is the lazy one to those who send them" (Prov. 10:26 NASB).

When interviewing job candidates, ask a person what the three biggest accomplishments were on his or her last job.

Explore these questions and build a successful, energetic business team.
