Do your customers feel welcome when entering your business?

Scripture instructs, "Do not neglect to show hospitality..." (Heb. 13:2 NASB).

Customer hospitality is created two ways: by the appearance of your establishment and the attitude demonstrated by the staff.

Walk outside and enter as your customers enter. Remove clutter and keep everything clean and neat. Ask friends to give you honest feedback on your business's appearance.

Greet each customer with a smile and eye contact; ask if you may help and mean it.

Train staff to become equally courteous.

Customers will enter hospitable businesses with enthusiasm.
