When you have trained new employees, are you confident that they will be effective in serving customers?

The Apostle Peter wrote, "...I will...be diligent that at any time after my departure you may be able to call these things to mind" (2 Peter 1:15 NASB).

Training new staff is one of the most important tasks for any business.

When training, use a three-step approach.

Allow the newcomer to watch you perform the work with instructions, then watch them work, and then leave written instructions for easy referral.

The time, effort and investment in training new staff will reap big future dividends in customer service.
