Jesus said, "These things I have spoken to you, that you may be kept from stumbling" (John 16:1 NASB).

A key to business leadership is to share our experience and mistakes with staff to help them grow and avoid making their own mistakes.

When training new staff, don't just explain the job requirements, but enlighten why each manufacturing or customer service step is needed.

Provide written instruction sheets when possible. New employees struggle to remember every little thing.

Be clear with new staff, keep them from stumbling and watch customer service soar!
