Jesus said, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men" (Matt. 4:19 NASB).
Often, in the rush to fill a needed position with a great prospect, we may be tempted to sugar-coat the job.
The result will be unhappy new-hires.
Like Jesus, be clear about important aspects of the job. Be honest about required travel, evening hours, as well as your vision of a good employee.
Be confident in your business to honestly attract great employees.
