When negotiating a sale, do you try to squeeze out the last buck?

The Prophet Ezekiel wrote, "Let not the buyer rejoice, or the seller mourn..." (Ezek. 7:12 NASB).

Long-term customer relationships require long-term satisfaction.

Consider every sale as either the beginning or extension of a long-term relationship.

Establish the proper relationship from the customer's viewpoint of good value for money.

You may have a customer over a barrel today, but if you try to squeeze the last dollar from a sale, that customer will begin to look elsewhere in the future.

Delight your customers for long-term success.
