One of the most difficult challenges for the manager is to separate personal feelings from objective criteria in making decisions.
Write out the decision to be made and the goal desired.
Identify the possible courses of action, and write down the advantages, disadvantages and risks of each choice.
Most choices will become increasingly clear.
Writing down your options will help remove your personal feelings as you make the best choices for business success!
